Exchange Policy:

Initiate Exchange:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, kindly return it at your own expense. Ensure the product is in a brand new, unworn condition, and it must still have its original tags attached.

Product Assessment:

  • Upon receiving the product, we will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets our standards for cleanliness and resellability, with the original tags still intact.

Credit Issuance:

  • Once the inspection is successful, we will issue you a credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. This credit can be utilized to purchase any item of your choice from our website. 

  • Please note that, due to our live website inventory, we cannot guarantee the immediate availability of the exact item in a different size upon the return of your item to our business address.

  • For a faster replacement, we recommend purchasing the desired size now. Upon receiving the returned item, we will promptly refund its value. This ensures a swift resolution and provides the flexibility to secure your preferred item in the desired size without any delay.

Additionally, please provide us with a copy of the tracking number and the details of the courier service used for returning the item(s). For the secure return of items, we kindly request that they be shipped in good condition, either double-boxed or in a suitable shipping bag. Failure to comply may result in the refusal of your shipment and the issuance of a credit may be declined.

BB BRANDED REFUND POLICY

  1. Returns Accepted for 14 Days:
    Customers may request a return for eligible items within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  2. Customer Provides Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that returns are adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit. BB Branded is not liable for items damaged during the return shipping process.
  3. 20% Restocking Fee:
    A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns. This fee helps cover the cost of processing returns and restocking the item for resale. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  4. No Returns on Final Sale & Clearance Items:
    Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are non-returnable. Please carefully review your order before making a purchase, as final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  5. Eligibility Criteria:
    Returns will only be accepted for items purchased after the effective date of this policy.

    Additionally, please provide us with a copy of the tracking number and the details of the courier service used for returning the item(s). Within the package, include your order number and the reason for your return/exchange. It is crucial to utilize a trackable courier method, as we cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.
  3. Refund Process:
    Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, BB Branded will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding the 20% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.
