✅ Returns Accepted Within 14 Days

Customers may request a return for eligible items within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in resellable condition

• In original packaging with tags still attached

• Not marked as Final Sale or Clearance

🔹 Option 1: Return for Refund

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all refunds.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping.

• Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the item is received and approved.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee and any shipping costs.

Why a restocking fee?
It helps cover inspection, handling, and inventory reintegration costs.

Prefer store credit?

• Use our Returns Portal to submit your return.

• Once approved, you’ll receive store credit for the full item value.

• No restocking fee applies for this option.

📦 Return Instructions

• Initiate all returns and exchanges through our Returns Portal.

• Items must be securely packaged (double-boxed or bagged) to avoid damage.

• Use a trackable courier and submit tracking details to our support team.

❌ Final Sale & Clearance Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
